Our Chocolatier
Nicole has been a pastry chef and chocolatier since 2005. At just 19, she graduated with honors from Le Cordon Bleu, earning an AOS in Patisserie and Baking. She has since spent decades honing her craft, studying under skilled artisans and MOFs.
You might ask, "Why another chocolate company?" Nicole's dream was to create the perfect box of chocolates—the kind she would dream of receiving herself. This meant fashioning an assortment of both classic and inventive flavors, presented in an artfully designed box that could be cherished long after the chocolates are enjoyed.
After many years of dreaming, preparing, and a lot of hard work, Teow Chocolat has finally been born!
Our Graphic Artist
Edward is the artist behind all of our beautiful packaging. At just 15 he has designed all our boxes. With his eye for color, artistic ability, and strong work ethic he has become an invaluable member of our company.
